You've got the right phone. You've got the right plan. Paying for it all is a snap.

Paying on a myPlan™ Monthly Plan

Here’s how you can pay your monthly e-Bill or paper bill:

  • Automatic monthly payments;
    • charged to your credit card (vist My Account to set this up)
    • From your bank account complete a Bank It Pre-Authorized Debit Form. If you activated before January 29, 2010 click here. If you hooked up your phone after January 29,2010 click here
  • One Time Credit card payment through My Account
  • Online or telephone banking (call your bank to hook this up)
  • By cheque (if you’re signed up to get a paper bill)
  • At your bank (if you get a paper bill in the mail)

You can log into My Account anytime to see your e-Bill, membership details, make a payment or check out your payment history. This handy sample e–Bill gives all the details on your bill and payment options.

Paying on Prepaid

If you’re on one of our awesome Prepaid plans, we use the cash in your Virgin Mobile account to cover the cost of your services. You can put money in your account at any time by:

  • Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa credit cards issued in Canada)
  • Bank It Pre–Authorized Debit (fill out and send the Bank It Pre-Authorized Debit form)
  • Top Up card
  • Interac (BMO, Scotiabank, TD Canada Trust and RBC)
