Music tones sound exactly like the songs you hear on your favourite radio station. Our phones let you download musictones as well as cool voices and crazy sounds.

Use these troubleshooting tips to sort out your download.

1. Ensure that your phone is on and has a digital (1X) signal.
2. Ensure that you are in Canada and within our coverage area.

If those steps didn't work, call us at 1.888.999.2321 from a landline and we'll troubleshoot the problem for you. Make sure you have your mobile handy when you call.

On Prepaid and myPlan^TM:

Every ringtone available for download on Virgin Mobile Live has licensed from the songwriters. This takes some time. We add new ringtones as the rights become available to us. Some artists don't want their songs made into ringtones, so we can't offer those songs to you.

Of course, you can always create and mix your own musictones for less by using Studio V.
