This is what you need to know about the Kickbacks program.
- You must be a current Virgin Mobile prepaid customer with a positive balance in order to refer friends and receive Kickbacks.
- All referrals have to be made using the Kickbacks email.
- Activations have to occur online using the Kickbacks email link or Kickbacks referral code.
- Each Kickbacks referral code can only be used once, and only by the person who received the Kickbacks referral email directly from Virgin Mobile.
- You can receive up to $120 in Top Up credit during a twelve-month period. That's 12 successful referrals a year.
- Friends have to buy and activate their new Virgin Mobile phone within 30 days of receiving their Kickbacks referral email. If they've just recently bought a Virgin Mobile phone, they also have to activate it online within 30 days in order for you to receive the Kickbacks credit.
- You can refer a maximum of 10 people at a time.
- Virgin Mobile at its own discretion has the right to refuse Kickbacks credits to people sending excessive emails or spamming people they don't know.
- Virgin Mobile at its own discretion may also refuse Kickbacks credits to people otherwise acting in any manner which causes, or contributes to, a disruption in, or abuse of, the intended operation of this program.
- The Kickbacks for activation is not available for referring existing customers or for referring anyone who has been a Virgin Mobile customer within the 180 days before the referral. The referred person must be a new Virgin Mobile customer for you to earn the Kickbacks credit.
- The activation Kickbacks credit is also not available for customers activating a phone that has been previously activated on Virgin Mobile's network.
- The friends you're referring must have purchased a Virgin Mobile phone at an authorized Virgin Mobile retailer or online directly from us, or have bought one recently and not yet activated it, for you to receive the Kickbacks credit.
- Virgin Mobile may end the Kickbacks program or change any of the terms and conditions. We'll notify you in advance by updating this page at least 30 days before the change.
- What if I joined Virgin Mobile but didn't use my online Kickbacks referral code when activating?

The bad news is that only new customers who activate online and top up $15 or who go on a by-the-month plan after activation can generate Kickbacks credits using the referral code. The good news is you can still refer your friends right now.
- What is the Kickbacks plan?

For every person you kick to us online, we'll kick back $10 to you in Top Up credits. You can earn up to $120 a year in Top Up by referring 12 folks who activate online.
Here's how it goes down:
- Log in to My Account and send your friends Kickbacks� email—which contains a Kickbacks code.
- Your friend buys a new Virgin Mobile phone, activates it online within 30 days, and tops up at least $15 within 45 days after activation. Or, your friend pays for a by-the-month prepaid plan within 45 days after activation.
- Your friends will need to punch in their Kickback Code when they're activating online. Without the code, we can't send you your Kickbacks credit. No exceptions
- Within one week of your friend topping up or paying for a by-the-month prepaid plan, we add a $10 Kickbacks credit to your account.
