Q : What is the difference between the Virgin Mobile SuperTab™ and a 3-year contract?

  1. With the Virgin Mobile SuperTab you can get the phone you want without being locked into a fixed 3 year term. You simply use your phone to pay off your Virgin Mobile SuperTab balance. You can also upgrade at anytime once you have paid off part or all of your Virgin Mobile SuperTab balance.

Q : What phones can I get on the Virgin Mobile SuperTab?

  1. You can get any of our hot smartphones and most of our Talk & Text phones!

Q : Can I buy an iPhone 4S on the Virgin Mobile SuperTab?

  1. Totally. You have two Virgin Mobile SuperTab options:
    1. Put up to 200 on your Virgin Mobile SuperTab and choose from our awesome Talk & Text plans or
    2. Put up to 500 on your Virgin Mobile SuperTab when you choose a smartphone plan.

Q :What plans can I get on the Virgin Mobile SuperTab?

  1. All Talk & Text plans and Smartphone plans are up for grabs with the Virgin Mobile SuperTab.

Q : Can I put up to 500 on a Virgin Mobile SuperTab with a Talk & Text plan and an add-on feature?

  1. Nope. To put up to 500 on your Virgin Mobile SuperTab, you’ll need to activate on one of our hot Smartphone plans.

Q : I want to switch from a Smartphone plan to a Talk & Text plan while on the Virgin Mobile SuperTab. Can I do that?

  1. You can, but keep in mind that if you switch to a Talk &Text plan, you’ll be responsible for paying your outstanding Virgin Mobile SuperTab balance when you make the change.

Q : I don’t need the data feature on my Talk & Text plan anymore. Can I drop it while on the Virgin Mobile SuperTab?

  1. You can but if you activated before Nov. 9, 2011, then you’ll be responsible for paying your outstanding Virgin Mobile SuperTab balance when you drop the data feature.

Q : Can I get hooked up on new plans when they’re released?


  1. Of course! But if you do move from a Smartphone plan to a Talk & Text plan, you’ll be responsible for paying off your outstanding Virgin Mobile Supertab balance once you make the move. Also, if you activated before Nov 9, 2011 on a Talk & Text plan with a data add-on, you’ll be responsible for paying off your outstanding Virgin Mobile Supertab balance once you make the move.
