Good to know
- You must have a positive prepaid account balance to participate.
- You can receive up to $120 in Top Up credits during a twelve month period.
- All referrals must be made using the Kickbacks email and all activations must occur online using the Kickbacks referral code.
- Each Kickbacks referral code can only be used once, and only by the direct recipient of Virgin Mobile’s Kickbacks referral email.
- Top Up credits are only earned for new Virgin Mobile members who buy their Virgin Mobile phone at an authorized Virgin Mobile retailer or at virginmobile.ca, activate their phone within 30 days of receiving their referral email AND top up at least $15 or buy a monthly Prepaid plan within 45 days of activation.
- Top Up credits are not earned for activations by existing members or individuals who were Virgin Mobile members at any point within 180 days before the referral, or with phones previously activated with Virgin Mobile.
- Virgin Mobile may refuse Top Up credits to anyone it believes is spamming, sending excessive referral emails or otherwise acting in any manner which abuses the intended operation of this program.
- Virgin Mobile may cancel, temporarily suspend, or change any terms relating to this program at any time. In such event, this page will be updated at least 30 days beforehand and your right to receive Top Up credits may end within an set period of time.
